PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce negative friction of a pile at piling a hollow pile by forming a larger pile hole than the outer diameter of the pile with the cutter on the lower end so as to form a clearance along the outer circumference of the pile, and discharging a liquid supplied from the ground. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 2, a feed pipe 3, and an annular pipe 4 are mounted on the outer circumference of the lower end of a hollow pile 1, the feed pipe 3 is connected to a liquid tank 5, and the pile 1 is piled in the ground 6. A clearance 62 is formed between the outer circumferential face 13 of the pile 1 and hole wall 61 in the ground 6. and injecting material 51 flows out and fills the clearance 62 due to negative pressure generated by penetration of the pile 1. Further, when stratified variation exists in the ground 6, a non-return valve 53 is closed to stop injection of the material 51, and the clearance 62 is filled and blockaded with the soil of the ground 6. Hereby, negative friction on the outer circumference of the pile under construction can be effectively reduced.
