PURPOSE:To preserve fishes and shellfishes in a live state in a temperature range = a life limit point thereof by irradiating live fishes and shellfishes with far infrared rays while gradually cooling in a water bath. CONSTITUTION:Live fishes and shellfishes are irradiated with far infrared rays while gradually cooling (preferably gradually cooling at a rate of 0.1-2 deg.C for =24 hours) and preserved in a live state.
