PURPOSE:A fluidity improving agent for fuel oil dispersible in wax, containing a terpolymer consisting of specific ethylene, etc., a specific ethylenically unsaturated ester and a specific amine adduct of an ethylenically unsaturated glycidyl ether, etc., and capable of improving the fluidity at low temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A fluidity improving agent, containing a terpolymer, containing polymerizable monomers of (A) ethylene or its mixture with a 3-18C alpha-olefin (1-50wt%), (B) an ethylenically unsaturated ester of formula I [R1 is H or methyl; R2 is OOCR4 or COOR4 (R4 is H or 1-16C aliphatic hydrocarbon); R3 is H or COOR4] and (C) an amine adduct of an ethylenically unsaturated glycidyl ether or ester expressed by formula II (X is COO, CH2O, etc.; R1 is H or methyl; R2 and R3 are H or 1-18C aliphatic hydrocarbon) at about (40- 80):(10-40):(1-30) weight ratio of the components (A):(B):(C), and having within 1,000-10,000 number-average molecular weight range.
