PURPOSE:To obtain a constitution-strengthening agent effective in preventing cancer by using concentrated minor components of sea water including magnesium hydroxide as a main component. CONSTITUTION:Concentrated minor components of sea water including magnesium hydroxide are used as active components for the objective agent. The concentrated minor components of sea water can be produced by removing NaCl and CaSO4 from sea water or brine and adding lime milk or a caustic alkali solution to the concentrated mother liquor to form magnesium hydroxide. Natural radioactive boron compound, mineral substances, etc., of sea water have been included in the component of the present agent based on the finding that there is no patient of cancer in the workers of salt farm.
