Grafted semiinterpenetrating polymeric network. It is obtained by copolymerisation using an agent for grafting a polyurethane constituent which has a three-dimensional crosslinked structure, with a vinylaromatic hydrocarbon polymer constituent which has a linear structure. Application to the manufacture of sheets.
