The subject of the invention is a device for informing and guiding the users of public transport. It consists of two modules: - a receiver module 2 fixed to the temporarily deleted or abandoned stop 1 which has the function of detecting the presence of customers, of informing the customer, of sending out a signal to the temporary stop 3; - a temporary stop module 4 which has the function of receiving the signal originating from the abandoned stop 1, of guiding and receiving the customers, of supplying the necessary information, of providing for the energy needs of the whole of the device. The invention applies to the temporary change in a journey and to the shifting of a public transport vehicle stop. IMAGE
