PURPOSE:To vest continuity to a waterproof structure by performing most of the work in a factory, and bonding a balcony beam to the upper beam of a residence unit for downstairs in a construction field, and overlapping the extended ends of waterproof sheets on the bonding face bar. CONSTITUTION:In a factory, a resisense unit 1A for canty balcony and a canty balcony 2 are produced, and bracket metal fitting 9 is fitted on the top surface of a balcony beam 7, and a face bar 10 and a waterproof sheet 11 are laid, and the beam 7 is bonded with the unit 1A with cantilever method. When the units 1A, 1B are combined, in a construction field, the dislocation generated in the beams 7A, 5A is eliminated with the bonding fitting, and the cavity is sealed with a bonding face bar 20, and extended ends 11A, 13A of the sheets 11, 13 are bonded with thermal welding or the like. Consequently, continuous waterproof structure can be obtained.
