PURPOSE:To manufacture thin complicated shape sintered parts having good dimensional accuracy by using mixed powder composed of the specific ratios of high speed steel co-reduced powder and high speed steel water atomized powder as the high speed steel powder at the time of mixing the high speed steel powder and binder, injection-compacting, degreasing and sintering. CONSTITUTION:The high speed steel powder is mixed with organic binder (e.g., paraffine), injection-compacted and after degreasing, this is sintered to manufacture the thin complicated shape sintered parts. In this time, as the high speed tool steel powder, the mixed powder composed of 90 - 20wt.% the high speed steel co-reduced powder and 10 - 80wt.% the high speed steel water atomized powder and having 1 - 30mu average particle diameter, is used. By this method, the thin complicated shape sintered parts having extremely a little variation of the dimension and excellent dimensional accuracy without developing unfilled part, is obtd. and this is suitable to manufacture a vane, etc.
