PURPOSE: To obtain a simple device excellent in economical efficiency per unit hour by constituting the whole device with a mutually connected module structure and also constituting it with three mechanical devices whose individual device is separately actuated. CONSTITUTION: A first mechanical device 1 feeds blanks one by one and a second mechanical device 2 is formed of a closed loop type conveyor which receives the blanks conveyed from the first feeding device 1 one after another in a flat state and inspects whether they are adaptable for a box or a case corresponding to the blanks and has grip means folding the blanks to form a cylindrical shape, arranged at every equal interval. A third mechanical device 3 is formed of a closed loop type conveyor in which grip means closing the box or the case with a hermetical seal after it has received the box or the case cylindrically formed from the second mechanical device and stuffed products therein, are arranged at every equal interval. In this way, the flat blank is conveyed from the first mechanical device 1 by a feeder and after it has been formed as a cylindrical box, the box is transferred from the second mechanical device to the third mechanical device 3 and then, stuffed with products and hermetically sealed.
