FOUR PIECE TYPE JAPANESE CLOTH AND CUTTING METHOD FOR MAKING JAPANESE CLOTH, JAPANESE HALF-COAT, SASH AND SASH BAND FROM A ROLL OF CLOTH

PURPOSE:To readily obtain four-piece type Japanese cloth having total fashioned character and economy without remained cloth by cutting four pieces as two-part type Japanese cloths comprising upper garment and lower garment, Japanese half-coat without sleeve and sash from a roll of cloth and sewing. CONSTITUTION:Front body parts of lower garment 1 and 2 are cut from a part of a roll of cloth in a size of 2 SHAKU 3 SUN 5 BU (about 89.0 cm, 1 SHAKU=25/66m, 1 SUN=1/10 SHAKU and 1 BU=1/10 SUN) and a rear body part 3 in a size of about 89.0 cm, a gusset in a size of about 89.0cm and a neck band 15 of Japanese cloth in a size of about 130.5 cm are respectively cut from the roll of cloth to make a lower garment. Then, left and right sleeve length parts 5 and 6 in a size of about 136cm respectively, a rear body part 7 in a size of about 60.5cm, front body parts 8 and 9 in a size of about 37.9cm respectively and sleeves 10 and 11 in a size of about 37.9cm respectively are respectively cut to make an upper garment. Thus, body parts 12 and 13 of Japanese half-coat in a size of about 235cm and a neck band of Japanese half-coat 16 in a size of about 146cm are cut to make a Japanese half-coat. Further, a sash 14 is cut in a size of about 277 cm as a half breadth and a sash band 17 is cut between the sash 14, the neck band of half-coat 16 and the neck band of garment 15, or in the end, and respective parts are sewed.
