PURPOSE: To contrive improvement in operability and reduction in cost by designing an auxiliary mechanism of a laser beam machine so that optical axis correction can be carried out in addition to laser beam intercept and machining point display. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary mechanism for a laser beam machine, which is provided between a laser generator 5 and a light guiding tube 7, is constituted of an auxiliary light beam 1 for optical axis correction and machining point display, a first movable reflection mirror 2 for exchanging positions between an optical axis correction position and a machining point W display position, a second movable reflection mirror 3 for making a visible ray VR enter the laser generator 5, a third movable reflection mirror 4 for displaying the machining point W, and a dome absorber 6 for a reflected laser beam LB; thereby performing optical axis correction, machining point display and laser beam intercept. As a result, an operation for optical axis correction can be facilitated, enabling the manufacturing cost of the equipment to be reduced and safety to be improved.
