NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R1 and R2 are F or 1-15C (substituted) monofunctional hydrocarbon; X is 1-15C unsubstituted monofunctional hydrocarbon; n is 0-4]. EXAMPLE:A compound expressed by formula II. USE:A material for electronics and photonics. PREPARATION:A phenylaminosilane compound is reacted with an alkyl-lithium and the resultant product is then reacted with a chlorosilane compound to introduce silicon atom into the o-position of the benzene ring in the aforementioned phenylaminosilane compound. The above-mentioned synthetic compound is further subjected to isopropoxylation to synthesize isopropoxysilane and fluorination of the aforementioned isopropoxysilane is carried out to synthesize a fluorosilane compound, which is then reacted with potassium fluoride and 18-crown-6.
