PURPOSE: To assure the precision of assembly, and to simplify the manufacturing processes, by giving a support forming element a finite electric path length around a dielectric support, so that the capacitive load of the dielectric support is compensated by the presence of the support forming element in the frequency close to the natural cut-off frequency. CONSTITUTION: A spiral 1 is supported in a vacuum-tight case 2 surrounding the complete system by isolating a dielectric support 3. On the other hand, the dielectric support 3 is supported by a metallic element 4 projected toward the spiral from an inner wall of the vacuum-tight case 2 surrounding the complete system, and the dielectric support 3 is placed on the metallic element. Further, the support 3 comprises a groove so that it can receive an edge of the metallic element 4 along the length of the dielectric support.
