PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging or the like in an injection nozzle and to easily obtain the aluminum alloy by accumulating a molten metal in which the amt. of silicon is regulated to a specified one as well silicon grains whose amt. is equivalent to the remaining one. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing an Al alloy including =25% silicon, a molten metal contg. silicon whose amt. is regulated to such a degree that coarse primary crystal silicon is not formed in the solidification structure is injected from a nozzle. Then, silicon grains by the amt. equivalent to the remaining one in which the amt. of silicon in the molten alloy is deducted are injected by an air flow, which is deposited together with the above injected molten alloy. By this method, there is no crystallization of coarse primary crystal silicon in the alloy, so that excellent strength and toughness can be obtd. Furthermore, the melting temp. of the alloy is not high and there occurs no problem such as clogging. Moreover, since the alloy is rapidly cooled, the reaction with oxygen is reduced, by which are alloy having excellent strength and toughness can be obtd.
