NOVEL ANTIHUMAN THROMBOMODULIN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND DIAGNOSIS OF ENDOTHELIAL DISORDER BY ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY

摘要

A novel antihuman thrombomodulin monoclonal antibody which inhibits the action of thrombomodulin which promotes the activation of protein C by thrombin. An enzyme immunoassay with the use of this antibody makes it possible to diagnose endothelial disorder by comparing the content of those substances, among human thrombomodulin and decomposition products thereof present in the blood, which combine with the antibody with the content thereof present in the blood of healthy man.
