This invention relates to encoded genes and proteins causing the activation and chemo-attraction of immunological effector cells. The proteins of the invention attract subsets of immune effector cells and stimulate them to express their functions specialized effector cells. Said proteins, proteins called Ap-1 are expressed by lymphoid cells, and bind to effector cells such as macrophages and cells fertilizer. The Ap-1 proteins cause particular macrophage phagocytosis, expression of key molecules of histocompatibility class II, the cytotoxicity and migration, they also induce the differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells.
