The invention relates to novel substituted pyrimidinyloxy(thio)- and triazinyloxy(thio)acrylic acid derivatives of the general formula I IMAGE in which A, G, R1, R2, R3, X and Y have the meanings given in the description, to processes for their preparation, and to their use as agents with herbicidal, fungicidal and plant-growth-regulating activity.
