The customary rigid connecting section of the link pin is replaced by a spring component (10) which in side view is z-shaped, having two horizontally arranged end sections (13) connected by a vertical spring section (14). The two horizontal end sections locate on flat surface (11) of the two link lugs, to which they are non-rotatably fixed by screws (12). A notched tooth arrangement can also be used for their fixture. The spring component (10) is a metal strip in the form of a metal strip with corresp. spring properties, and somewhat in the form of a bent plate spring, and by variation of the three dimensions - width, strength and half height, the requisite spring and damping characteristics can be adjusted. Between the link pin and the link lug at least one rubber bush is fitted, together with at least one axially acting impeller spring. USE - Link pin for the front bogie axles of a rail locomotive.
