The fixing device has a guide channel (6) receiving the flexible strap (7), the front end of which is relatively displaced to pass it around the cable bundle. The rear end (11) of the guide channel has a section (12, 13) which is bent back on itself for housing the displacement element (10) which is in the form of a flexible push rod acting on the cable strap at its front end (14).
