Cement grout of the type containing a hydraulic binder of the family of the pure or compound Portland cements, or a plaster or an anhydrite, characterised in that it contains, in combination, a fluidifying organic adjuvant based on sulphonated naphthalene (naphthalenesulphonate), or on sulphonated melamine or on purified lignosulphonate, or on hydroxylated carboxylic acid salts or on a mixture of each of the four families (adjuvant a) and a dispersion in water of a polymer of styrene-butadiene type or of vinyl type (adjuvant b).
