PURPOSE:To absorb eccentricity of oscillating axes against an inner and a ball cage to smoothly tilt them by enabling relative movement in the axial direction and in the radial direction of respective engaging elements of a first and a second oscillating arms against the inner and the ball cage. CONSTITUTION:A first and a second oscillating arms 50, 51 are respectively oscillated around oscillating axes Z1, Z2. Engaging element holders 57 are suspended from the upper plates of the oscillating arms 50, 51 through spline shafts 57a vertically movably and downward energizated with springs 57b, and respective engaging elements 52, 53 are fitted to the lower ends of respective holders 57. The engaging element 52 of which a pair of abutting seats 52a, 52b can be seated on the upper end fare of an inner B and has a vertical shaft part 52c between the seats is loosely fitted into the inner B. The second engaging element 53 is seated on the upper end of a ball cage C. Consequently, when the oscillating arms 50, 51 are oscillated around axes Z1, Z2 with angular velocity ratio 2:1, the inner B is tilted on a locus (a) of which radius is offset quantity between the outer spherical face center O2 of the inner B and the outer spherical face center O1 of the cage C and the center is O1.
