摘要

PURPOSE:To enable stable culture of branded rice such as KOSHIHIKARI (a tasteful rice produced in Japan) by applying an organic material to a paddy field containing excess residual inorganic nitrogen. CONSTITUTION:An organic material is applied to a paddy field containing excess residual inorganic nitrogen to control the proliferation of microorganisms in soil. Inorganic nitrogen unnecessary for the initial growth of rice plant is allowed to be taken into the bacterial cell and the nitrogen taken into the cell is returned to the soil when the rice requires a large amount of inorganic nitrogen after the formation of young panicle.
