CONTAINER LOADING/UNLOADING DEVICE FOR RACK STORING LIFT

PURPOSE:To shorten the time for receiving a container and transporting, by fitting each container with a flange at the periphery, provide a device to load and unload this container on multi-stage stacking racks, and equipping this device with a means to receive container from any desired level easily onto an elevating/sinking table on which object is placed. CONSTITUTION:A transver traveling supporting table 5 moved by a driver device 4 so as to approach and separate, is installed on each side left and right of an elevating/sinking object table 3 of a rack loading lift, which travels along the row of multi-stage stacking racks extending in the direction to the left and right. A transverse travel guide 6 is fitted on a transverse travel guide rail 7 and is equipped with a fork 9 moved fore and aft by a driver device. To this fork 9, a container bearing member 10 is secured. The supporting tables 5 are approached upon elongating the fork 9, and this container bearing member 10 is positioned below a flange 46 of any container 47 within a rack square, and the object table 3 is elevated to support the container 47 with the bearing member 10, followed by shrinkage of the fork 9. Now it is possible to receive the container 47.
