EXCAVATED SOIL CARRYING-OUT METHOD IN TUNNEL EXCAVATION AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of excavation work by providing a carrying out and loading truck, braking and starting truck, capsule moving device and additional pipe line to a device for carrying capsules having excavated soil thereinto in the case of tunnel excavation in the pipeline. CONSTITUTION:A loading truck 5 is driven forward together with the advancement of a facing, materials for a tunnel carried through capsule 2 are eliminated from the capsule 2, and excavated soil 11 is loaded into the capsule. After that, a braking and starting truck 6 is intermittently driven forward after the truck 5, and braking and starting of the capsule 2 are controlled. Then, a capsule moving device 7 constituted of a temporary extended rail 71 and a tractor 72 travels the capsule 2 on the temporary extended rail 71. A pipe line 3 for moving the capsule 2 is increased in a new section made after the advancement of the braking and starting truck 6. According to the constitution, general work efficiency of tunnel excavation is improved, and a construction period can be shortened.
