摘要

PURPOSE:To enable execution of an analysis with high reliability and reproducibility by a method wherein a mobile-phase liquid of which the component is prepared so as to correspond to an object of an analysis is made to contain silicate ions. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile-phase liquid prepared beforehand so as to have a composition suitable for an object of analysis is made to pass through a tubular vessel 7 filled with silica particles 6, silicate ions are dissolved in the mobile-phase liquid from the silica particles in the vessel 7. In a stage wherein the silicate ions of prescribed concentration are made to be contained in this way, this mobile-phase liquid is transferred to a mobile-phase liquid tank 8 and an analysis is executed. Then a sample injected from an injector 2 is carried by the mobile-phase liquid to a column 1 for analysis and an object component is separated therefrom under the condition of elution which is determined by the mobile-phase liquid and the column 1 for analysis. In this process, the elution of the silicate ions from a filler of the column 1 for analysis is reduced, since the mobile-phase liquid contains the silicate ions.
