PURPOSE:To eliminate a troublesome effort of creating a ROM file corresponding to a model and to easily transfer to and operate another model only with the registration of a character file, the re-compilation and re-linkage of an application program. CONSTITUTION:A file creation means extracts a character class from a Persian document inputted through a keyboard by means of a character code for each character, and creates a pair of file composed of the character code and the character class (step 11). A context analysis means extracts the character class from the head of the file and the character class before and after it, checks the relasionships between the character and the characters before and after it and converts it into a character class suitable for the sentence (step 12). A character code conversion means, after the completion of the conversion of all the character classes contained in the file, extracts the character code suitable for the converted character class (step 13).
