PURPOSE:To remove bleeding water from cement concrete having zero or extremely small slump. CONSTITUTION:When concrete C is placed by a bulldozer 2 to the ground E, a drain material 4 is set, and the concrete C is leveled by the bulldozer 2 and compacted by a tamping roller 3. In this case, the roped drain material 4 is buried in the concrete C. Water contained in the concrete C can be collected by the drain material 4 even when the concrete has zero or extremely small slump, and the wafer can be discharged through the drain material 4 to the outside. The compaction degree can thus be raised, and the density and strength of the concrete can also be raised.
