PURPOSE:To contrive warmed air to be blown from the riser of a cabinet confronted with, even if work confronted with any cabinet among a plurality of cabinets arranged continuously in the horizontal direction is executed, and enable the lower sections of feet to be heated by providing the respective front surfaces of the cabinets with human body detecting sensors, and by driving air warming devices with human body detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:When a worker is confronted with a cabinet 4a in order to execute washing work, then by a human body detecting sensor 9a, a human body is detected, and detecting signal is fed to a driving circuit 10a, and by its signal from the driving circuit 10a, an air warming device 11a is driven. From the blowing port 8a of the cabinet 4a, warmed air is blown, and the lower sections of the feet of the worker working on the front side are heated. When the washing work is completed or on the way, the worker is moved to the side of a cabinet 4b and work is executed, then by the human body detecting sensor 9a, the non-existence of the worker is detected, and its signal is fed to the driving circuit 10a. By the driving circuit 10 the driving of the air warming device 11a is stopped.
