PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and manufacture it at an inexpensive cost and to improve control precision based on a high-precise reacting amount, by a method wherein a temperature signal, corresponding to temperature at one spot of a reacting system based on said temperature signal, is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A temperature signal, generated by a temperature measuring device, such as thermocouple, which is inserted into a reacting system, for example, the inside of a shoulder part of a vulcanizing tyre, or is brought into contact with the inside of a reacting receptacle, for example, a mold, is converted into a digital temperature signal via an amplifier linearizer, and is supplied to a microcomputer 10 via an input output unit 8. In addition to a digital temperature signal, a reference temperature To, set in a reference temperature setter 12, is supplied to the microcomputer 10 via an input output unit 14. The computer 10 is programmed so that it computes an equivalent reacting amount using a current digital temperature signal, the reference temperature To, and an active energy E each time an instruction signal, generated at given intervals by a timer 24, is supplied via an input output unit 26.
