MOLDING METHOD FOR FLAT PLATE OR BENT PLATE MADE OF CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To enable high-precision molding which has uniform thickness and is free from bubbles, by a method wherein after the second frame comprised of a developable thin member is united cylindrically with the inside of the cylindrical first frame whose perfect roundness is certain by allowing the second frame to run along the inside, which is made into setting where they are turned in a body, a cement kneaded matter is loaded into the second frame and turned. CONSTITUTION:The first frame 1 is a cylinder body which has certain perfect roundness and rigidity and is constituted of a seamless state. A thin metallic plate is cut into a planer and rectangular form and holders 4 comprised of a metallic square bar are stuck close to both side parts of the same, in the second frame 2. The second frame 2 is inserted into a space among mutual connecting levers 5 stuck close to an inner surface of the first frame 1 through an opening side of the first frame 1 and united cylindrically to the first frame along an opening side of the first frame 1. A cement kneaded matter (a) is loaded into a frame body obtained by assembling the first frame 1 and second frame 2 together, compacted by turning centrifugally, the second frame 2 is removed prior to starting of curing and mounted, supported and held on a supporting rest 7. After the second frame 2 is cured by developing into a linear state or a desired curved state according to a molded product, when demolding is performed from the second frame 2, the title plate is completed quite uniform, moreover it has high density without leaving bubbles behind.
