METHOD FOR POLISHING SQUEEGEE AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent heating of a face to be polished and clogging of a polishing part by pinching a squeegee in the longitudinal direction with an adjustable holder and polishing it through reciprocal movement thereof while supplying polishing liquid thereto. CONSTITUTION:A squeegee polishing device 6/consists of a retaining unit 2 for the squeegee 1, a moving unit 4/moving the squeegee 1 in the longitudinal direction, a polishing unit 5 polishing a coating part of the squeegee 1 and a supplying unit 7 supplying polishing liquid. And tuyere of the squeegee 1 is retained by the retaining unit 2 adjustable vertically and longitudinally over its longitudinal direction. Then, the squeegee is reciprocately moved by the moving unit 4 in the longitudinal direction and an endless sand paper belt 50 is rotated to polish a face of the squeegee 1 to be polished. And at the same time polishing liquid is supplied from the supplying unit 7. Then burning of the face to be polished and clogging of the sand paper face can be prevented by this method.
