PURPOSE:To attain the check and the confirmation of conversion features to the temperature, the vibration and so on of a constant dimensional device by judging and displaying whether the measured value is within the inside or the outside of the range between the upper limit value and the lower limit value calculated based on the allowable value of displacement generated by the temperature, the vibration and so on stored in an allowable value storing means to a measured value from a data input means. CONSTITUTION:The sampling time of a measured value is stored in a sampling time storing means A2, the sampling interval of the measured value is stored in a sampling interval storing means A3 and an allowable value to calculate an upper limit value and a lower limit value to a reference measured value initialized among the measured values is stored in an allowable value storing means A4 respectively. The inside and the outside of the range of the upper limit value and the lower limit value calculated based on the allowable value to the measured value are judged by a data judging means A5 at the sampling interval within the sampling time and a data output means A6 executes the display of the measured value based on a judged result. Thus, the check and the confirmation of conversion features to the temperature, the vibration and so on of a constant dimensional device are attained.
