摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an Ni base alloy contg. intermetallic compound Ni3Si and excellent in sulfuric acid corrosion resistance and ductility by subjecting an Ni base cast alloy contg. specified Si, Nb, B and Ni to annealing at a prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:An Ni base alloy constituted of, by weight, 8 to 13.5% Si, 0.5 to 6% Nb, 0.0005 to 0.1% B and the balance Ni is refined. The castings of this alloy is subjected to annealing at 800 to 1130 deg.C for = one time. Then the Ni base alloy contg. intermetallic compound Ni3Si and excellent in sulfuric acid corrosion resistance and ductility can be obtd.
