摘要

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing, to enhance mechanical strength and heat resistance and to obtain high sensitivity by picking up the amplitude of an electrostriction vibration plate excited by an oscillator to attenuate the wind pressure to a blade by a piezoelectric detection layer. CONSTITUTION:In an electrostriction vibration plate, piezoelectric element plates composed of piezoelectric ceramic each having electrode layers composed of a conductive metal such as silver formed on the surface and rear thereof are arranged on both surfaces of a metal substrate 2 and the upper piezoelectric element plate 3 is used as an exciting one and the lower piezoelectric element plate is set to a piezoelectric detection layer 4 for detecting a signal. The substrate 2 is used as the earth electrode of the element plate 3 and the detection layer 4 and extended forwardly to be used as the blade 5 opposed to an air stream. The rear end of the substrate 2 is also slightly extended to be used as a connection terminal part and an oscillator 10 is connected between the terminal part 6 and the surface electrode of the element plate 3 and a voltmeter 11 is connected between the terminal part 6 and the outer surface electrode of the detection layer 4 and the terminal part 6 is connected to the earth. Wind velocity is calculated on the basis of the signal output from the detection layer 4.
