POWDERING PREVENTIVE DEVICE FOR SINTERED ORE IN ORE DISCHARGE SECTION FOR SINTERING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To prevent powdering of sintered ores at high temperature by securely installing a sintered are flowing down speed suppressing plate at the right angle to the direction of the sintered ores flow on a slope provided between a hot crusher of a sintering machine and a cooling device to arrange a plurality of sintered ore rolling speed suppressing plates free to oscillate at a fixed interval. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sintered ore flowing down speed suppressing plates 12 are arranged parallel on a slope of a hot grizzly 7 provided between a hot crusher and a cooling device. The speed suppressing plates 12 may be arranged in stages in the direction orthogonal to the downflow of sintered ores and the height thereof is preferably within a range of 100-300 mm. A plurality of sintered ore rolling speed suppressing plates 13 may be arranged free to oscillate at a fixed interval maintained from the slope. In view of free to oscillate arrangement in stages parallel with the width of the hot grizzly 7, the height of the suppressing plate 13 is preferably below 200-700 mm.
