PURPOSE:To obtain both a systematic formation for supplying cold, heat and superheated steam, of which the purpose is energy saving and non-pollution, and an equipment therefor, by using heat and super-heated steam in a heat pump. CONSTITUTION:By a cold-supplying pipe 7 in a heat pump 5, cold is supplied to a household refrigerator 33, a cooler 34 and a floor 31 for cooling or heating. Furthermore, since wet steam with the temperature of 120 deg.C is supplied by a heat water- supplying pipe 4, it can be used for a heating purpose. By an electric super heater or a boiler, hot water is heated under a constant pressure, and it is turned into saturated steam, and the saturated steam is sent to a steam-superheating boiler 21 and is turned into superheated steam by the electric heater 22 or a burner 3 using a fuel vaporized by supersonic waves. While being controlled by a thermal controller 17, the superheated steam is gradually sent to a steam quality-converting device 6. The superheated steam suitable for a household cooking implement such as a steam rice- cooker 29, a steam oven 30, or the like, the floor 31 for heating, a bath tub 32, a sauna 36, or the like is separately supplied while the temperature of the steam is being respectively adjusted by the steam quality-converting device 6.
