CROPS AVERAGELY SUPPLYING DEVICE IN AGITATION AERATION AND DRYING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To promote an efficiency of crops averagely feeding operation by a method wherein a drying casing is divided into a drying chamber at its upper part and a suction chamber at its lower part with a horizontal aeration plate being applied in it, a transporting truck capable of reciprocating operation and an agitating, mixing and transporting machine are mounted on the drying casing, and then a flow adjusting tank for use in supplying crops to the transporting truck is disposed at a feeding part of the drying casing. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal aeration plate 2 having many aeration holes 3 is disposed within a drying casing 1. A drying chamber 4 is defined and formed at an upper part and a plurality of suction chambers 5 partitioned by a partition wall 6 at a lower part with the horizontal plate 2 being applied as an interface member. Rails 8 and 8 are disposed at both right and left sides on the drying casing 1. in a lateral direction. Agitating, mixing and transporting machine 10 capable of transporting in sequence the crops stored in the drying chamber 4 toward a discharging part 9 while being agitated is mounted on the rails 8 and 8. A flow adjusting tank 16 is mounted at feeding side of the drying casing 1. A self-running transporting truck 18 provided with a feeding port at its upper surface is mounted along the rails 8 and 8 at a lower part of the flow adjusting tank 16. With such an arrangement, it is possible to attain an easy full-automatic operation of a large amount of crops.
