BUILDING HAVING UNEVEN SETTLEMENT CORRECTION MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a column base part by forming abutting parts transferring only vertical force to a foundation structure on a column base position, and providing stopper mechanisms communicating only horizontal force on a position apart from a column base in a horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:Abutting parts 4a and 4b are formed which are to transfer only vertical force to a foundation structure without fixing the column base 3 of an upper structure 2 to the foundation structure 1. Also stopper mechanisms 5 transferring only horizontal force are provided with a suitable distance left in a horizontal direction from the column base 3. Then a double axis structure is made in which steel-made axis bodies 12a, integratedly hung from a main beam 6 of the upper structure, and steelmade axis bodies 12b, integratedly protruded from the foundation structure 1, are slitedly engaged only in a vertical direction. Moreover hydraulic jacks 11 are arranged at positions where level raising is required in an uneven settlement correction mechanism A, the column base 3 is jack-upped, and a shim plate having a required thickness is inserted between the abutting parts 4a and 4b.
