HEATING DEVICE AND HEATING METHOD FOR SLURRY

PURPOSE:To restrain a variation of viscosity, and enable slurry to be preserved until the use by circulating high temperature water heated in a warm bath to heating pipe that is wound round the outer periphery of a slurry tank, and providing a mechanism for controlling the slurry in the slurry tank to a range of the specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:The device is made up of a control board 3, a warm water bath 2, a slurry tank 4, and a warm water circulating pump 6. The heated water in the warm water bath 2 is always circulated by the warm water circulating pump 6 and the warm water of 60 deg.C is supplied into the temperature pipe 1 wound around the slurry tank 4. The detected checks of a temperature sensor provided on the warm water bath 2 and a temperature sensor provided on the slurry tank 4 are fed by air to the control board 3, and the detected values act to change a three-way valve 25 and also conduct ON - OFF of a cooler 8 and a heater 9. In this fashion, the changeover of viscosity due to the slurry can be avoided, moreover, the slurry never cures because it is always maintained in the range of from 35 to 55 deg.C, and thus the slurry can be maintained in a state capable of being put in a gypsum form at all times.
