LIGHT PRECAST CONCRETE, PRODUCTION THEREOF, READY MIXED LIGHT CONCRETE AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject light precast concrete having an excellent strength and excellent in heat insulation, soundproofing and fire resistance at a low cost by adding cement, pea gravels, sand and water to a porous incinerated ash obtained by burning papermaker's sludge and wood chips, kneading the resultant mixture, molding the kneaded material and curing the molded material. CONSTITUTION:To a porous incinerated ash obtained by burning papermakers sludge and wood chips at 750-800 deg.C, (A) 20-30 wt.% cement, (B) 0-35 wt.% pea gravels, (C) 0-40 wt.% sand and a suitable amount of water are added and the resultant mixture is kneaded, molded and cured, thus obtaining the objective light precast concrete. The other objective ready mixed light concrete is produced by adding (E) 60-70 wt.% cement, (F) 150-250 wt.% sand and a suitable amount of water to the above-mentioned porous incinerated ash and kneading the resultant mixture.
