PURPOSE:To obtain the title device of improving operation efficiency by forming a hole on the under surface of a covered barrel, further installing removing mechanism below the hole and continuously and automatically removing fine fallen steamed leaves dropping from mesh as of a rotary net barrel during steaming operation. CONSTITUTION:A hole 23 is formed along the longer direction on the under surface of a covered barrel 22 of a main body part consisting of a stationary barrel part 1, a rotary barrel part 2 and a stirring shaft 3 so that fine fallen steamed leaves, etc., leaking and falling from meshes of a rotary net barrel 21 are dropped through the hole 23. Further removing mechanism 4 is installed below the hole 23 and the fallen steamed leaves are received by the mechanism and removed.
