PURPOSE:To obtain the subject drink containing various ingredients plentifully and giving mild taste, fresh mouth touch, etc., in a shortened period by adding an yeast and also the extract of a silky fowl to a brewing tank, when grapes are brewed to produce the wine. CONSTITUTION:When grapes are crushed, brewed, subjected to the removal of lees and filtered, a yeast and 0.1-10wt.% of the extract of a silky fowl are added to a brew tank at the brewing stage to prepare the objective wine.
