Fireproof beam-column bond for reinforced concrete construction, in which the open chambers of the column profile (1, 20) are for the most part filled with concrete and the outer faces of the flanges are bare, i.e. not covered with concrete. The web and one flange of the beam (2) are bare; the other flange, supporting the concrete ceiling (8), is provided with dowels (9) which project into the ceiling. The beam (2) is fastened on both sides to fireproof columns (1) in such a way as to be tension- and compression-proof. The beam-column connection is advantageously produced by a tension strap (10) or a cover plate (12). IMAGE
