The pump drive comprises a slide (1) on which double cones (2,3) are fitted. On the cones are fitted insulators (4,5) of strong material, and which counteract the heat exchange on adjoining parts. On the one insulator (4) is mounted the pump inner housing (6) and on the other (5) the pump outer housing (7). The pump inner and outer pistons (8,9) comprise L-profile rings, and form together the pump chamber (26). They are fitted with sealing ribs in which sealing rings (10,11) are accommodated. On the pump inner housing (6) is fitted a bearer flange (15) which operates a heat pump (17), whilst a similar flange (16) on the outer pump housing (7) drives a refrigerator (18). Heat exchangers (19,20) are fitted on the face sides of the slide (1), and are divided into differing chambers (27) contg. a medium to which a predetermined heat content has been imparted.
