Boiler with recirculation circuit - reduces nitrous oxide discharged to atmosphere and uses fan to return combustion gases to boiler burner

The boiler (1) has a burner (2), which burns either liq or gaseous fuel. The burner (2) has a flame tube (3) and produces a flame (4), the combustion gases from which flow out through a duct (6) into the chinmey (5). Part of the combustion gases are extracted by a fan (7) driven by a motor (M) and delivered through a pipe (8), to a ring pipe (12) which surrounds the base of the flame (4). This ring pipe has holes in its wall on the side facing the flame so that the combustion gases are fed into the flame to achieve complete combustion. USE/ADVANTAGE - Boiler with a circuit to recycle combustion gases in order to reduce nitrous oxide content of gases discharged to the atmosphere.
