P Process for the preparation of aluminophosphate compounds (and substituted derivatives) of structural type PF1. This preparation process is characterized in that the rate of rise in temperature of the reaction mixture is greater than 250.degree. The temperature of the heating stage is between 100 and 200.degree. C. The compounds synthesized according to the invention have: a) the following approximate general formula BR/ / BR/ where: BR/ - X represents a heteroatom selected from the group formed by silicon, cobalt, magnesium and zinc, BR/ - n is the degree of oxidation of the X heteroatom, BR/ - y, the number of moles of water contained in said compound is greater than 0.001, BR/ - R is an organic compound selected from the group consisting of secondary amines, tertiary amines , quaternary ammonium salts and hydroxides.
