摘要

PURPOSE: To industrially advantageously obtain an aqueous PVA resin solution containing neither foam nor undissolved matter and having excellent shelf stability. ;CONSTITUTION: This production method comprises shearing an aqueous poly (vinyl alcohol) resin dispersion having a solid content of 40wt.% or lower at a rate of 1,000sec^-1 or higher to pulverize the resin particles.
