PURPOSE:To prevent the spring of an urging mechanism from being applied with a lateral force component. CONSTITUTION:An urging mechanism 23 for setting a swash plate 17 at the max. angular position of the swash plate is constituted of a pushing member 24 and a spring 25. The top edge surface 24a in flat surface form of the pushing member 24 is set in point contact with a ball 22 installed on the swash plate 17, and the spring 25 is prevented from being applied with a lateral force component when the swash plate 17 is tilted.
