PURPOSE: To form elastic paving material excellent in precision and not to be expanded with soaking in water, and contrive the warping, projected sections, waving, and recessed sections of a water-permeable cushion material layer, not to be generated with the soaking in water. ;CONSTITUTION: Elastic paving material consists of a water-permeable cushion material layer (cloth, cheesecloth, or the liked) 1 to be formed with vulcanized rubber sponge crushed-substance at least among vulcanized rubber crushed substance and the vulcanized rubber sponge crushed substance, and to be formed by bonding the crushed substance to each other, and a water-permeable sheet layer 2 to be bonded on the one-side surface at least, of both the surfaces of the cushion material layer. On the one-side surface of the elastic paving material, a water-permeable artificial lawn layer 3 may be bonded to be formed. Besides, a space between a long lower-side water-permeable sheet and a long upper-side water-permeable sheet or the like, is filled up with the vulcanized rubber crushed-substance and the vulcanized rubber sponge crushed- substance, with the surface coated with adhesives, and they are carried to be heated under applied pressure, and the long elastic paving material may be continuously manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
