METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOVING BUBBLE OF BUBBLE-CONTAINING VISCOUS LIQUID

PURPOSE: To prevent seal inferiority by simply removing bubbles from a viscous liquid containing bubbles. ;CONSTITUTION: A viscous liquid B containing bubbles C is exuded and dropped from the tip of a fine pipe 30 to remove the bubbles C. The tip of the fine pipe 30 is formed so as to have an upwardly inclined cut opening so that the bubble separated within the fine pipe 30 is again mixed into the drop B₁ of the viscous liquid ready to form at the tip of the fine pipe 30 when it is opened to the open air. Further, a viscous liquid like seal material having possibility containing a bubble is exuded and dropped to a tank from the tip of the fine pipe and linear sealing is performed while the seal material accumulated in the tank is allowed to flow out of a nozzle.
